Question 1

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No. Many customers give us access with a key or code. We'll agree the access arrangements with you when you book, and keys are handled with reasonable care.

Question 2

Are cleaning products provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide professional cleaning products. Where possible, we prefer to use the customer's own hoover and mop/bucket to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination between properties. If you don't have suitable equipment, we're happy to bring our own.

Question 3

How quickly can you start?

Accepted Answer

We aim to reply with your quote within 24 hours. Once you've accepted, we'll offer the earliest available date that suits you — flexible booking options are available.

Question 4

Is there any obligation once I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

None at all. Your quote is free, clear and itemised, with the price agreed before your clean. You're free to decide in your own time.
